Open Day Capacity

It is now possible to set a capacity for Open Day events, which means an Open Day can automatically close to new registrations once the capacity limit is reached. Navigate to Settings > Admissions > Open Days to create or edit an Open Day and set the Capacity for the event. The Limit per Registration allows a limit to the number of people from each family that can register. The ‘Capacity Question’ can also be edited, for example, if the capacity of the event depends on the number of family members, or just the number of students. The parent will be asked the capacity question when registering for the Open Day.

Parent Audit Log

There is now an audit log for parents, in addition to the existing audit log for applicants. Navigate to the ‘edit parents’ page, by clicking the pencil icon to edit Parents & Guardians on the right panel of the applicant profile. Then click Parent Audit Log, and select the parent you would like to view the log for. This can be useful to track changes in parent details, and also to check whether a parent was previously merged, whether their re-enrolment link is valid, and how many times they have logged in.

Changes to Conditional Fields

Multiple values should now be separated by the pipe icon (‘|’), rather than a comma, when creating or editing a rule for a conditional field. This is to improve compatibility with additional languages and character sets. All existing conditional fields have been automatically updated to work with this improvement.
