To further improve on the communication abilities within OpenApply, we have now released a feature that allows the applicant, if they have an email on file, to be notified via the notes section on the respective applicant's profile. If the applicant's name is selected when creating a note, the applicant will receive an email of the note once created. Any messages to the applicant will also appear under the Messages section in the parent account for the parents of that applicant.
